Thoughts

I have many thoughts and memories about Jenny as I’ve known her since been I was around 5 years old she used to child sit. Over the years we have laughed a lot.... but she has been there when the tears have come when I have struggled with being single as she really got me and understood how it feels. When I was not in a place of following God but doing my own thing I was never judged and the home of the Tucks was an open one where I could just be. They gave me my current bible in Oct 2002 when after many years of walking away I returned to the fold. I used to say Jenny was a lady version of Jamie Oliver and I was always served a different dish that always tasted amazing and it always amazed me that it was never the same as I ate there a lot. Our conversations at times were challenging but in a positive way and her wisdom and knowledge just made it easy and comfortable to do so and I always learnt something. Jenny was kind and caring and on so many occasions personally showed this to me. I am going to miss her hugely for all of the above and more but truly thankful she was a friend in my life. The memories I have are very very special and for that I am also thankful. Below is a verse that I felt fitting as a tribute to Jenny in how she lived her life: Micah 6:8 (NLT) No, O people, the Lord has already told you what is good, and this is what he requires: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with the your God. Thank you so much God for Jennys life how she encouraged me throughout our times together and always being there and the fun we have had. Life is a journey and I thank you for Jenny in mine. Amen.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
